Lisa Hines, PharmD, C.P.H.Q.

Chief Quality & Innovation Officer, Pharmacy Quality Alliance

Lisa Hines, PharmD, C.P.H.Q., is the Chief Quality and Innovation Officer of the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA). A member of the senior leadership team, Hines develops, establishes, and implements the strategic direction of the PQA’s performance measurement and research initiatives. A recognized quality improvement leader, Hines serves on many national committees, collaboratives, and technical expert panels. She leads PQA’s work to engage federal agencies and state and national advisory groups. Hines received her BS in Pharmacy from the University of Washington and her Doctorate of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University, having completed her residency training at The Ohio State University Medical Center.

Devon Lor, M.S.N., R.N.

Quality Health Integration Clinical Manager, Network Health

Devon Lor, M.S.N., R.N. is a Registered Nurse specializing in quality improvement and accreditation. She has over 10 years of healthcare quality experience in both health systems and health plans and over 20 years in healthcare. These efforts include Medicare Star Ratings, practitioner performance, and member experience, as well as improving HEDIS® clinical outcomes through evidence-based interventions. Additional oversight includes accreditation, clinical appeals and grievances, condition management, and peer review. She has also had the opportunity to impact quality in education and nursing as an undergraduate assistant professor of nursing. Devon is the Clinical Manager of the Quality Health Integration department at Network Health Plan in Wisconsin. Her goal is to provide high-quality care while lowering costs and providing a great member experience.

Mallory Mueller

Director, Quality Health Integration, Network Health

Mallory Mueller, Director of Quality Health Integration at Network Health, provides clinical leadership in the quality department over various population health and quality programs including condition management, wellness, NCQA, HEDIS, clinical appeals review, and Star Ratings. In addition, Mallory works with the clinical integration team to ensure members are receiving the right care at the right place and at the right time. Mallory graduated from UW-Green Bay and is a registered nurse with a background in long-term care and nursing administration. She lives in the Fox Valley with her husband and three children. She enjoys reading and spending time watching her kids’ sporting events.

Christie Teigland, Ph.D.

VP, Research Science & Advanced Analytics, Inovalon

Christie Teigland, Ph.D. has been dedicated to improving the outcomes and economics of healthcare for over 25 years. An economist and research statistician, she works with health plans, providers, and life science organizations to provide actionable, real-world data insights on performance measure development and testing, health disparities/equity, predictive analytics, comparative effectiveness, treatment patterns, and more. She serves as co-chair of the National Quality Forum (NQF) Scientific Methods Panel and is a member of the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA) Quality Measure Expert Panel.
